1. Nature of the service

Ghawazi is a gift-card and rewards wallet. When you top up, you receive prepaid credit equal to the amount paid plus a 15% bonus (example: paying OMR 10 gives you OMR 11.500 of credit). Balances are not a bank deposit or electronic money and earn no interest.

2. Balance rules

• Strictly no refunds: all top-ups are final; credit (paid and bonus) is never redeemed for cash.
• Non-transferable: credit cannot be moved to another account or person.
• Expiry: every balance (including the bonus) expires one year after the top-up that created it, with reminders 30 and 7 days before expiry.
• Usage: credit is valid only at approved Ghawazi partner shops.
• Account deletion: deleting your account forfeits any remaining balance (paid and bonus) without compensation, after a clear warning and your confirmation.

3. Payments

• Payments use a single-use QR code valid for 60 seconds.
• No charge executes until you confirm the amount on your own device; rejecting or timing out cancels it.
• Both parties receive an instant in-app receipt.

4. Disputes and error correction

• A partner shop may void a transaction within 15 minutes; the full amount is restored.
• You may dispute any transaction in-app; Ghawazi admin reviews disputes and corrects errors with an audited compensating transaction.
• Administrative error correction is not a "refund"; the no-refund rule concerns paid credit.

5. Your obligations

• Keep your sign-in credentials private and never share payment codes.
• Do not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity; Ghawazi may suspend violating accounts.

6. Partner shops

Partners are responsible for their goods and services. Ghawazi admin reserves the right to adjust or reverse erroneous transactions according to system records.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes are announced in-app and on this page before taking effect.
