Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and full name at signup.
• Transaction history: top-ups, payments, and bonuses (amount, date, partner shop) — required to operate the wallet.
• Location (opt-in only): if you enable proximity notifications, the app checks your proximity to partner locations on your device. Your location is never stored or shared, and you can turn this off anytime in Settings.

2. What we never do

• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We never track or store your location.
• Partners never see your balance — only the result of a charge you confirmed.

3. Processing and data location

We use Supabase as our authentication and database provider (servers in the Asia-Pacific region — Mumbai). Data is encrypted in transit and stored under strict access controls.

4. Retention

When you delete your account, your identity data (name and email) is permanently removed. Financial transaction records are retained in anonymized form as required for financial record-keeping and auditing.

5. Your rights

• View your data and transaction history in-app.
• Correct your name and language in Settings.
• Delete your account entirely in-app — see the deletion guide.
• Withdraw location consent at any time without affecting other features.
