Every top-up adds 15% on top of what you pay. Top up OMR 10 → your balance is OMR 11.500.
⏳ One-year expiry
Every balance expires one year after its top-up — we remind you 30 days and 7 days before.
🚫 No refunds
Top-ups are final. Credit can't be cashed out or transferred, and any remainder is forfeited if you delete your account.
🏪 Partner shops only
Credit is spent only at approved Ghawazi partner shops.
✅ You confirm every charge
Nothing is deducted until you confirm the amount on your own device, and you can dispute any transaction in-app.
