How to delete your account

You can delete your Ghawazi account entirely from within the app — no need to contact us.

Steps

Open the Ghawazi app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Delete My Account.
Read the remaining-balance warning and confirm.
Re-enter your password to verify.
Tap Delete permanently.

Important: any remaining balance in your wallet (paid and bonus) is permanently forfeited on deletion and cannot be refunded, per the Terms & Conditions.

What happens to your data?

Your account and identity data (name, email) are permanently deleted.
Financial transaction records are retained in anonymized form (no name or email) as required for financial record-keeping.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
